The absence of prayer is a testimony to your ability but the presence of prayer is a testimony to God's ability. We believe that prayer is foundational to the very exisitence of our lives, our dreams and our future. As a church we are grounded in a very strong prayer life. Whether you have a need, a burden or a passion for something we are here to pray with you and for you.

You cannot find a place in church history, where consistent, heartfelt prayer wasn’t present.  Any true breakthrough that lasts, is always found to have at its centre those with the revelation of what it means to seek the Father’s heart, hear from heaven, and then follow through with obedience to what was communicated while “on the mount” with Him.

Prayer isn’t really a option for God’s people, just like water isn’t an option for fish.  It’s the environment that causes life to flow and release to happen.  We at Commonwealth are a church with prayer at its centre.  While in our temporary situation of moving venues, we may not be able to continue formally as before just now, but praise be to God the people of Commonwealth have devotion to prayer at the centre of their hearts, whether its done in a building or not.

The best way to learn the art of prayer, is to pray.  God & His Son Jesus Christ are our friends, and we can talk to them as the Friends they are.  Don’t let another day go by without communing intentionally with the Father.  You’ll find increased strength and greater peace, by simply allowing Him to truly have preeminence in your life!
